What this site collects
- Name, email address, and phone number that you type into the scenario form.
- The free-text description of your scenario and the audience path you selected.
- Your consent selections, together with the exact consent language shown to you, the page you submitted from, and the date and time — retained as the record of consent.
- Standard server request data such as IP address and browser user agent.
What this site does not collect
The form does not ask for and should not be used to send a Social Security number, date of birth, income figures, account numbers, credit score, or health information. No credit is pulled on this site and no loan application is submitted here. If sensitive information is later needed for an actual application, it is collected through the secure lender or brokerage system rather than through this website.

- To route your request into the customer relationship system used by the office.
- To keep records required of a licensed mortgage broker.
Information submitted here is not sold. It is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Who it is shared with
Service providers that operate this site and the office's customer relationship, email, and messaging systems, acting on documented instructions and only to provide those services; and lenders or settlement service providers when you ask us to move a scenario forward. Disclosures may also be made where required by law or by a regulator with jurisdiction over a licensed mortgage broker.
Text messages
SMS consent is optional, is captured separately from the rest of the form, and is never a condition of any purchase or of obtaining financing. The language presented at the point of consent reads: "I agree to receive text messages from Dino Palmieri at C2 Financial Corporation about my mortgage scenario at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of obtaining financing."

Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted server-side rather than from the browser to third parties. Access to submitted information is limited to the Loan Officer and staff who need it. Vendors are selected with their own security posture in mind, including independent audit reports where a vendor makes them available. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and no representation is made that this site itself holds any particular security certification.
Retention and deletion
Scenario submissions and consent records are kept for as long as needed for the conversation and for the record-retention periods that apply to a licensed mortgage broker, then deleted. You may ask for deletion at any time using the contact details below, subject to those retention obligations.
Your rights
California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and may request details of the categories collected and disclosed, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended. Personal information collected in connection with a mortgage transaction is also subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and its privacy rules. You will not be treated differently for exercising a privacy right.
